I have made it my personal goal at work to make the coffee pots as clean as possible, because nobody else bothers to clean them properly. They used to be stained brown on the inside, but they are now almost spotless, after several weeks of me soaking and scrubbing them. I take far too much pride in this.

Cleaner sources of energy.
